Karl Fosdick formed KF Builders along with KF Construction in 1985.  A native Phoenician, Karl has been building in Arizona for the past 25 years.  KF Construction was a carpentry framing contracting company that framed over 400 custom residences and 59 commercial buildings such as 'Total Image Beauty Mall', 'Dreamy Draw Dental Plaza', 'Texaco Express Lubes' and 'Professionals on Shea' to name but a few.   KF Construction framed-in subdivisions such as 'The Boulders' in Carefree, Desert Mountain's 'Stonegate', 'Estancia', Ahwatuckee 'Equestrian Estates', 'Scottsdale Summit' and many more.

For 25 years, KF Builders has also been building quality innovative custom homes throughout Arizona.
